What We Do
Peacock Gourmet offers chef-curated, 3-course meals selected 2 days in advance.
Child-friendly options available with regular order. Order online or by phone. Dinner arrives in oven-safe, recyclable containers to provide effortless preparation and clean-up.
Food Sourcing
Peacock Gourmet meticulously selects food and ingredients from local food purveyors and trusted local farms, mainly located in the NY Hudson Valley. We believe in supporting our local community and bringing you the best quality.
Peacock Gourmet uses fresh, all-natural, healthy ingredients. We choose organic produce wherever possible. Our meats and poultry are 100% grass-fed/ grain-fed, hormone-free, and antibiotic-free.
For your safety, the following precautions are taken:
- Indoor dining is not offered.
- Employees are required to wear face masks while on the premises.
- Employees are required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) while engaged in food preparation.
- A distance of 6-feet minimum is maintained wherever possible. PPE use is mandatory when space restrictions cannot be adhered to.
- Regular hand washing between tasks is required.
- Regular cleaning of high use work areas is performed. Hand sanitizers/ surface disinfectants are available throughout the facility for routine use.
- Appropriate ventilation for enhanced air flow is performed wherever possible.
- In cases of suspected COVID-19 infection, employees are not permitted on premises. Employees are required to report illness prior to scheduled shifts.
- Upon discovery of a suspected case during business hours, affected staff members will be required to return home and notify their medical provider for appropriate care. Business operations will be temporarily placed on hold while on-site safety measures are restored.
- Facility disinfection protocol according to the Centers for Disease (CDC) will be initiated where indicated.
